If you want to study in steps then I suggest you divide the topic as follows: anatomical areas,muscles,nerves,arteries,venous drainage,lymphatic drainage,fascias and their modifications and finally joints. I hope this helps

Fore learning Anatomy ،no mather which subject،it's so awesome to learn with pictures of Atlases and drawing them in your own
