Make one sport hobby like chess badminton table tennis and plsy regularly or go to gym regularly it will help to gain shape of ur body and help in concentration...and atleast study 1 hr regulary with relax mind and increse it in exam time..
Take it one day at a time, get a head in any class if you have the ability to, remember my goal and how far Iβve come, think of how badly Iβve always wanted this, and look forward to my dream job and making a difference. Realize that I canβt control everything, being perfect isnβt going to happen and that this is stressful for everyone as well.
