What is the main difference beteen Cushing’s disease and Cushing’s syndrome? Pls help

Cushing’s syndrome means excess of cortisol. Cushing’s disease is a pituitary adenoma ACTH-secretor that leads to Cushing’s syndrome

Cushing disease is pituitary dependant cortisol excess.. We can say, all Cushing diseases are Cushing syndrome but all Cushing syndromes are not Cushing disease

A good way to remember it is, cushing syndrome is one the side of your body, s for side, whats in the side? Well the adrenal cortex so its a problem there therefore excess cortisol. Hope it helps
