If cold sweating is accompanied by dizziness of the heart, dizziness, and weakness, there is a possibility of cardiac arrhythmias. In severe heart failure, cold sweating is associated with shortness of breath and fatigue. Cold sweating may be due to hypoglycemia in diabetic patients, which usually results in a decrease in consciousness and dizziness of symptoms.
