The patient's drug allergy is important : if allergic to macrolids, do not use clarythromycin , if not then : tap clarythromycin 500 mg, amoxicillin 1g and rasbeperazole 20 mg , all twice a day for 14 days. PPI Should continue for 3 to 4 weeks and then (AFTER PPI INTAKE IS STOPPED) mab or UBT should be performed for eradication follow up.

Mitronidazol , clitromyocin, bismuth for 14 days .... if patients have allergy with clitromyocin we give them amoxicillin
