ExplanationC. The bulla ethmoidalis is the most prominent anterior ethmoidal sinus cell which appears as a bulge in the middle meatus. Just below the bulla ethmoidalis in the middle meatus is the sickle shaped bone, the uncinate process of ethmoid. In between the bulla above and uncinate below there is a semi lunar opening, known as hiatus semilunaris
