I’m a nursing student but have been in the medical field for several years. I haven’t seen one like this before. The bunny ear QRS complex seems indicative of a RBBB (right bundle branch block) but with how the rest of it looks, I can’t tell if this is actually an issue or if the technician just didn’t place the leads correctly. Patient is male, 6’0, 224lbs, age 53, and no complaints of chest pain. ECG done in conjunction with routine annual exam.
