You can use Lecturio and kenhub they have very useful video on YouTube, apps.

Elizabeth Kubler Ross. Anything she writes is good. On Death and Dying and Life after Death are both must reads! As a hospice nurse, those books changed my perspective on life and death; both are possible in oncology.
