A minor girl presented with symptoms. Nausea, fever, upper abdomen ache, headache and high heart beat rate. Could it be preganency . Suggest some ways to treat this without surgical procedure
Check hcg in addition to CBC, CMP, urinalysis. Fever is suggestive of infection, so rule that out. High heart rate could be due to dehydration (UA will be most telling) which would be induced/exacerbated by fever and infection. Treat symptomaticallg with IV fluids, Zofran if not contraindicated,
