metastatic calcification patology

A 71-year-old woman came to the hospital with a pain in the right shoulder. He has renal dysfunction and he should be dialyzed 4th in month ;but did not arbitrarily dialysis. After a month, the BUN were 81 and 6 keratin. He was suffering from poisoning with urea and had a drowsy condition. He was prescribed immediate dialysis with sodium serum. After 4 times continuous dialysis, BUN decreased to 27 and Creatine 2. PTH 540 and level of calcium and vitamin D levels were not good . A metastatic diagnosis of calcification was given. Calcium tablets are consumed. And after two weeks, the shoulder was discounted, but the PTH level is high. What is your discretion? Parathyroid cancer? Tumor Kidney problems?

It may be due to thyroid
