A 5 y/o boy present with prominent marking on his tongue. Other than some general body weakness, he has no other symptoms or abnormalities. The markings appeared just after birth. What's the diagnosis? And what's the recommended treatment protocol?

It looks like geographic tongue, which is mainly caused by vitamin B2 deficiency

Yes it is geographic tongue. If otherwise asymptotic then no treatment is required.

Isn’t it’s a geographic tongue? Usually caused by Vitamin B2 deficiency. Doesn’t always need treating
