Can anyone please tell me in detail abt interpretation of abg (both acidosis and alkalosis and it's management)

RO ME is the mnemonic...... For Respiratory(R) is opposite(O) for pH and Pco2 like respiratory alkalosis is ⬆️pH and ⬇️ Pco2 and for respiratory acidosis it is vice versa. For Metabolic(M) is equal(E) for pH and Hco3 like metabolic alkalosis is ⬆️pH and ⬆️ Hco3 and vice versa for metabolic acidosis
