Itching
35 yrs old, itching and pain with mild watery discharge at the begining started 6 days ago

Active edges suggest tinea infection (do KOH mount), but watery discharge requires ruling out atopy (ask for h/o allergy, rhinitis, asthma)

Are u sure?it is just of one wk duration, so i think it is not going with psoriasis
