how do you guys remember the stuff you read and correlated to the work field I have recently graduated and i always tend to forgot

I think u read to pass ur exam only. I used to face the same problem too but with time I realized that I’m losing not gaining. So i forced myself to understand whatever I’m reading and putting it in practice (sometimes). And lastly keep urselft busy with the medical stuffs e.g medical movies, news, journals etc. i think this’ll help

In time; you will learn to keep every information in your medulla spinalis, and won’t need to use brain. Now just repeat everything, do not loose ur time

Hypothalamus seldom doesn't work efficiently in some brains either that is due to any injury in childhood, genetically or etc. Infact this results in memory loss.

Moreover do take nuts every morning. Take "Narveen" for improving memory. If you cram then make yourself go for conceptual cramming.
