What does a huge drop in P-Q segment of ecg represent?
So it is diagnosed that the patient had bleeding in the stomach which caused extreme blood loss and led to myocardial infarction
The p-q segment is like the s-t segment it should be isoelectric *straight line* any drop or elevation this means myocardial infarction (this is not mentioned in my book I used my mind so I may be wrong so if you know the correct answer please let me know)
