Arterial supply of the foregut

Arterial supply of the foregut

The foregut consists of the stomach, liver, first half of the duodenum, pancreas and spleen. The main artery supplying these organs is the celic trunk which divides into 3 main divisions: left gastric, splenic and common hepatic arteries.
