Toes, hands and knee deformities

Case:- A 48yrs old male presented today with severe disablity performing ADLs, knees, low back and foot pain for last 2yrs waxing and wanning. He could hardly walk with support due to excruciating Lt knee pain. He reports AM stiffness for about 1/2 to 1hr. On rheumatological exam his knees, hands and toes are quiet deformed as shown. ESR is 21mm at 1st hour, Quantitative RA was subthreshold. Describe the terminology used for clinical signs shown in hand, knee/leg and feet/toes. Association with other disorders, indications for corrective surgery and any other non surgical approach used.
