Cellulitis
Cellulitis is a common and sometimes painful bacterial skin infection. It can spread to lymph nodes and blood stream. If not treated can become life threatening.

Thanks@wilmanorlén for your comment. See both are almost similar but their lies a common difference that erysipelas is superficial whereas cellulitis damages deeper tissues as well.
