Exceptionally Big Incisional Hernia of the anterior abdominal wall

Exceptionally Big Incisional Hernia of the anterior abdominal wall

This patient had come to me about 7 years back for surgery and the hernia was about half the size. The patient at that time had no co-morbidity. This time he cam few days back and was found to have TMT positive so unfit till the problem is corrected. Patient had high BP, was chewing tobacco, had coronary artery disease in addition to this exceptionally big hernia. The point in uploading this video is to emphasize the point that one should not delay surgery or treatment so much and submit oneself to treatment and surgery in time.
