Symptoms - fever, RH pain, LOA, family Hx, Drug Hx, Suicidal attempts, Outside food consumption Signs - Jaundice, ill looking, fever, sings of other diseases like TB, RA which included hepatotoxic drugs, RHT, hepatomegaly, ascitis etc; Ix - Liver functions, liver enzymes, UFR, FBC, Abdominal USS Then other specific investigations Mx - supportive management until you find a course N-asytle cystine is useful in all the forms of acute hepatitis but use with caution!
