Patellar Dislocacation

Patellar Dislocacation

A patient came in with a first-time patellar dislocation. This is their left knee and you can see major dislocation. They cannot move it at all and is very unstable after it was set. How likely is that they also tore their ACL or miniscus? Very loud pop at the time of dislocation.
