They seem to be vescicles with a dermatomeric distribution, that usually Is typical of Zoster disease. But the one lesion with pus likes different. I would think about staphilococco. I mean, maybe patient scratched his skin for the itch and made himself a lesion After infected by bacteria
I think it s necessary to take an antibiotic (after antiobiogram) and an antiviral
