App. 50 yr old woman. History of high blood pressure, and was recently (in the past 10 days) recommended to a higher dosage of BP tablets/pills. However over the course of the past three days, the patient has been getting dry lips and throat, need to drink lots of water, blurry vision, palpitations, and high pulse rate. Diagnosis?

Mostly the doses may higher than usual,betablockers adverse effects causes,dryness fatigue so and so,once reduce the dose and management the patient
