Corticospinal tract is affected, explaining the hyperrigidity

And FYI defects in the corticospinal tracts doesn't crusade hyperrigidity but spasticity.Hyper rigidity is caused by defects in the extra pyramidal tracts 😊

Thank u for replying @Fatima.Parkinson's affects only the dopaminergic fibers of the substantia nigra right?So how can the Corticospinal tracts get affected
