Doctors are not able to diagnose my problem since last 2 years I have severe pain in my head through my throat infection which is more frequent as I have hiatal hernia. I have shortness in breathing and muscle pain in hands and legs Please advise

Did u get ur checkup done wid specialised dr.? Did u get ur tests done completely Did they gav u medicines ?if so which ones..
