Is this common in all post-mortem patients? At what stage will you find this?

Hello, I recently finished all of my classes, now I am doing an internship to become a certified Autopsy Assistant. I just started making the Y-Incision from the shoulder/subclavian area to under the rib cage for the top of the Y, down to the pubic region for the bottom, with a slight curvature around the belly button. I am a visual person and am trying to learn the correct terminology and steps to do the autopsy from start to finish. Looking for real photos and detailed descriptions of the process. Thank you in advance!
