Okay, so I've been to three emergency rooms, my symptoms are lower right abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and low grade fever. The first one did a CT scan and found nothing wrong. The second Emergency room, they did a regular ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound and saw that my right ovary was twice as big as the left one, it had no cysts, wasn't twisted, didn't quite have the right blood circulation. They told me to make an appt with my OB. The last emergency room did the same ultrasounds and saw that my ovaries are the same size, multiple cysts, good circulation, and blood. So what could be the actual problem here?
I am a nurse and therefore cannot diagnose...i would get a diagnostic laparoscopy by OB/GYN or an MRI for a more detailed look☺
at first glance it seems like appendicitis, but i would get an mri to get a better look at your uterus. then, take it from there.
