"Twisted Esophagus"
An 87 year old woman in Switzerland went to a doctor complaining that she painfully spasms everytime she swallowed. The image above was the x-ray of her esophagus that is twisted in a corkscrew shape.

This is not a spasmodic condition.. congenitally having a spiral shaped oesophageal wall
