Dose Bohr effect studies the lungs or tissue since it studies the affect of CO2 and PH on the O2 affinity? I say it studies the Tissue because it is the where CO2 and PH are changeable

I think it focuses on our hemoglobin as its affinity changes according to the tissue environment.
