Benign ,painless ,slow growing and rare tumors of oral cavity although they are not rare on the skin of head and neck.They are neoplasia of fat tissue which can grow on (in) the mucosa of bucca, tongue and the floor of the mouth.Clinical image indicates a painless, singel , spherical, or oval ,soft ,movable, YELLOWISH or WHITISH more or less translucent projection.The surface of lipoms are vascularized and smooth.There can be other variations of MYOLIPOMA, ANGIOLIPOMA or PLEOMORPH LIPOMA.Diagnose : biopsy shows matured big ADIPOCELLS cells (fat).Differential Diagnose :Ranula,Mucosal cysts, Mucocele, Adenoma and Lymphangioma.Therapy : Surgical excision or laser Surgery :-)
