Gracilis (not shown): adducts thigh Obturator Externus: laterally rotates thigh Adductor Brevis: adducts thigh Adductor Longus: adducts thigh Adductor Magnus: adducts and flexes thigh, hamstring part extends thigh All Medial compartment thigh muscles are innervated by the obturator nerve, except the hamstring part of Adductor Magnus - this is done by Tibial Nerve. Obturator Nerve comes from the lumbar plexus L2-L4. Arterial supply is the obturator artery. Also shown are the various ligaments which we will go into further detail, get familiar!
