Shit, where I’m riding on an ambulance, we ride around with fentanyl and morphine in a locked pouch. It’s not even this secure. It’s up to us to keep track of our own damn meds. Lol.

In an ambulace we don’t need a signature for using them just for opioid like fentanyl but the signature is always afterwards. First of all you have to keep up your patient save.
