Pulmonary edema is accumulation of fluid inside the lungs ( in alveolar sac ) which cause difficulty in breathing ... while pleural effusion word itself saying pleural ( in side the pleura ) , its accumulation of fluid in side the pleura which is made by outer side of double layer of lung 😊
