What to do for weight loss of 51 years lady??? please give suggestion...

Just take care of your diet, try and do some light excersise if you can and be patient, that's one of the most important things.

Cut back on dairy, sugar, and processed foods. Get active by doing weight training if possible or take long walks up and down inclines. Aim for 30 minutes a day and it’s easy to want to keep going so 1 hour is easily attainable. If you consume alcohol, cut back. Try apple cider vinegar and consume monounsaturated fats, like avocados and such. Don’t skip meals but eat smarter. It gives you a visual representation of how many calories you’re consuming daily. Drink plenty of water and get lots of sleep. People overlook those 2 simple things. Green tea is very beneficial as well and black coffee is a smarter choice even though it’s not the tastiest. Activity and healthy eating is key.
