I think it's a lung cancer bz breast, colon n prostate cancer cells spread through the lymph nodes n in case of lungs it is well separated by artery n lymph system....

The bronchopulmomary segments are separated from each other as they have their own artery and lymph supply.....therefore it may take some time to metastaise......is this correct

They all metastize to liver but in different rates, the most aggressive is colon and breast cancer and least the Lung.
