How about doing a TORCH test. It stands for T-toxoplasma R-rubella C-cytomegalovirus and H-herpes simplex virus. In this test we look at the IgM and IgG antibodies. If we have a high presence of IgM antibodies, it means that the woman has an infection and we should do more tests to identify which virus causes the infection, but if we have a high presence of IgG antibodies, it means that the woman had contact with the viruses and developed an immune reaction which protects her.
