SIGNS OF CHOLINERGIC CRISIS : *In Cholinergic crisis,there is INCREASED cholinergic activity. *It is due to acetylcholinesterase inactivity/insufficiency. *So,there is persistant depolarisation of muscle....causing muscle weakness ultimately leading to respiratory failure.
