Femoral Head Dislocation to Scrotum
33 year old male admitted following motorcycle accident. Hard swollen bluish scrotum and externally rotated shortened left leg. CT showed dislocated left hip, trochanteric left femoral fracture with displacement of femoral head and neck in to scrotum. These fragments were retrieved by direct scrotal incision and underwent open reduction and internal fixation so maintaining same femoral head.
