Sulfasalozine (Azulfidine) is considered a disease-modifying anti rheumatic drug (DMARD) is a immunosuppressive drug which is used to treat Rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, n other inflammatory arthritis like psoriatic arthritis. It is usually nt given to the children under 2yrs of age
