Explain how a female is presented with an X-linked recessive disorder????

Because one of the females chromosomes is inactivated during process called lionization. So that normal chromosome could be inactivated!

Female has both X chromosomes so 50% chances of getting disease, because if she gets one defected X other is normal > carrier. Both defected X > diseased.
