This started 2 days before as a painful erythematous patch on the roof off the mouth of a healthy 50 years old female , what could be the diagnosis?!

Immunocompetent and nasal mucosa is normal

Check nasal mocusal and what is the immune system status? Does she use corticosteroids?

Mouth sore due to spicy foods. Give her acetaminophen
