I want to be a surgeon and I have been taking healthcare classes and learning about the body but I feel like they are not teaching me enough I have been looking for books for beginners to buy to help me more but I don't know exactly what to look for.. Any suggestions?
I’m in the same position, I’m still a student.(Middle school.. so I wouldn’t consider myself a “fantastic” resource) However, some good books are Gray’s Anatomy, Book of Medicine, Anatomy and Physiology, and since I’m assuming you’re into the neuro field (the hashtags you used) a good autobiography to read is “Do No Harm” by Henry Marsh. Hope this helped!!
