Case Diagnosis

Rebound tenderness on palpation of the Left Hypochondrium and Left Flank regions (all other abdmonial regions showing no relevant signs), Negative for Spleenomegaly and Renal Colic. What is the most probable diagnosis ?Added:Epigastrium shows no tenderness or pain ( So I guess pancreatitis is unlikely)
