I'm also 16, and I wanna say you have to fuel your ambition. Because that drive will help you with grades because you have a common goal, I would suggest to have an ultimate Goal, ex: I wanna go to John Hopkins and Harvard medical school. Everyday I study medicine and still Manage working in the fields and school work in honors, I can honestly say its ambition and I found that it's my ambition to become something greater. So know you have a chance no matter your situation, you just have to be willing to work for it. Also you can try to improve time management and have a tutor of friend help you out in those classes that you have a not so good grade in. Furthermore, you can start now studying medicine, trust me no one else is doing it and that'll give you a huge boost and just remember you have a chance. Search up " Dr. Q my road from migrant worker to neurosurgeon" that'll prove my point, but wish you the best

It doesnt matter, if your dream is to become a surgeon - there is always a chance. You can get admission in medschool and study hard, if not possible in your home country try in abroad eg. in china( cost effective) .Never let your hope down.

But if I study medicine in china, i most likely learn everything in chinese meaning that i cannot practice in non-chinese speaking countries, cause it will be impossible to translate many terms?

Hey, don't degrade yourself. You've a beautiful ambition so stick to it no matter what life throws at you. Even I've had bad grades and that's why I'm not yet in Medical School but I didn't let that affect me. Indian Education System is really partial. It slags off the deserved people and admits the people who are not even meant to be in this field. Anyway, that's a different topic but my goals are so high that I took this failure as motivation and started preparing again for the entrance examination. So you can do it. All the best, I'm sure you'll become a great surgeon. Just believe in yourself. Lots of good wishes :)

There are many universities where they offer Course in English and after your medschool journey you have to take the licience exam to get the licience. However if you have chance to study in any english speaking country it will be always better.
