Abdominal X-ray
A 60-years old woman came to ED with abdominal pain. She had been experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention, decreased stool and flatus in the past 3 days. Diagnosis?

The x ray is not suggesting any obstruction but her symptoms should match with obstruction at her age.
