Most common seen in tuberculous infection .the are of necrosis appears friable,yellow-white (cheese-like)on microscopic examination the necrotic focus appears as an amorphous granular pink structure composed from fragmented cells.the area of caseous necrosis is often closed with a distinctive inflammatory border known as granuloma
