ANA profile result.. DDx?!!
24 years old female complain of fatigue, flanks pain,redness of both eyes.. TSH was normal, ESR 50 , and this is the result of ANA profile 3, what is DDx ?!!

Lupus? Subacute cutaneous SLE or SLE overlap syndrome.
