ECG:(1) Lead I +aVL+V5-6.....lateral(LCA). (2)lead II +III+aVF...inferior.....Inferior(RCA). (3)V1-V4.....anterior(Anterior descending artey). ***consider posterior MI look to lead V1-V3 if ST depression and tall R. ****consider RV infract if ST elevation in V4R association with inferior MI
