Hybrid Aortic Arch Debranching

It is truly a fascinating surgery and in my opinion one of the most interesting since it can be done with the engine running. Operation consist of the Aorta being partly clamped near the heart to allow for a graft to be placed that will after the surgery take over the work of the aortic branch and will provide blood flow to Brachiocephalic, Left Subclavian, the Left Common Carotid Artery and the Descending Aorta as needed.
