Squamous cell carcinoma oesophagus.

AGross appearance. The tubular structure has thick muscle in its wall and has longitudinal mucosal folds. There is a concentric circumferential thickening in the middle (arrow) causing narrowing of the lumen (arrow). The mucosal surface is ulcerated.
